About the meeting

You will arrive on Wednesday, 28th May 2025. From 5pm our doors of the parish centre will be open. Whoever will have arrived by then, is very welcome to say hello.

The meeting proper starts on Thursday, 29th May 2025, at the parish centre St. Johannes Nepomuk.

It finishes with the festive final Holy Mass on Sunday 1th June 2025, starting at 10am.

Fees and Costs

The fees for the meeting is 45 Euros per person for the whole meeting.

This covers all basic costs; if you wish to donate more, you are most welcome to do so. You will help others to pay for their attendance.

Fees per day: 15 Euros per Person (for either Thursday, Friday or Saturday)

If aou cannot take part of the whole duration Thursday - Sunday, please transfer the reduced fees according to your stay and participation.

The fees covers the following meals:

Thursday: lunch
Friday: evening meal between Mass and concert (finger food)
Saturday: dinner at the final party

All other meals are not included, please find your places to eat at your place to accomodation, or in the city.
